Coriander futures traded low on NCDEX as investors and speculators exited their positions in the commodity amid sluggish physical demand for Coriander in the domestic spot market. Further, expectations of good arrivals from producing regions on back of good rainfall this season also put pressure on the commodity prices.
The contract for November delivery was trading at Rs 7489, down by 0.15% or Rs 11.00 from its previous closing of Rs 7500. The open interest of the contract stood at 6080 lots.
The contract for December delivery was trading at Rs 7550, down by 0.33% or Rs 25.00 from its previous closing of Rs 7575. The open interest of the contract stood at 6600 lots on NCDEX.
